Shipment Info

Returns
Ryot provides a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for every item sold. If you would like to return your order contact us within 7 days of receipt for return authorization. Let us know if you would like a replacement of a faulty item or a refund. All items returned for refund must be complete with all accessories, original packaging and original seal. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Notice: Some items are not returnable or refundable, please read the listing for more information.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted if the item is not as described or not properly working. Shipping expenses for exchange items is only covered by RyotBuy only when the item exchanged is being shipped to the customer; not the item being shipped to RyotBuy.
